Role Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving international growth of sustainable food products. This includes developing and executing commercial strategies, expanding into new markets, and achieving revenue and brand goals globally.
Accountabilities
7. Define and execute commercial strategy in line with group objectives
8. Lead international Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
9. Oversee category leadership and new product launches
10. Drive digital, trade, and data-led commercial initiatives
11. Strengthen relationships with partners and customers
12. Align commercial efforts with supply chain and R&D
13. Integrate AI solutions to optimize operations
14. Build and mentor a high-performance commercial team

17. Conduct market research to guide positioning and product strategy

Candidate Profile
Education
32. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience
33. 20+ years in commercial roles, 7+ years in senior leadership
34. Proven success with sustainable products
35. Must have experience in agri-food (juices, concentrates, IQF)
36. Global market experience in US and Europe is required
37. GCC market experience is a plus
