HR Business Partner - Belfast - Open to part-time MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a fixed-term contract basis for 9 - 12 months. The role: In this generalist role, you'll work closely with managers and the wider HR team to provide expert support across a range of people matters - from employee relations and absence management to recruitment, policy development, and learning & development. The main responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support on complex disciplinary and grievance matters. Lead long-term sick processes and support successful return-to-work outcomes. Partner with managers to deliver a professional, end-to-end recruitment process. Design and deliver engaging training for managers on core HR topics. Ensure a high level of accuracy and understanding of manipulating and presenting large amounts of data to report on key HR metrics.
