We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Messenger to work as part of our Central Services Team, based at Albyn Place. Ideally, we require a personable candidate with excellent local knowledge. Duties will entail: - Sorting mail and stationery; Undertaking deliveries; Collection and drop off of mail from DX; Collecting and delivering files to and from various departments; Cash Room activities; Some heavy lifting required; Provide transportation and lifts, when required, Taking the firms motor vehicles for re-fuelling and car wash, when required; Any other adhoc duty as required. Location Aberdeen Hours 10 hours per week as follows: - Week 1 Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 to 11h00 Week 2 Mondays to Fridays from 14h00 to 17h00 Week 3 Off There is a specific requirement to cover your job shares holidays. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience as a Messenger within a Legal / Estate Agency environment would be advantageous. A full, clean, manual drivers licence, recognised in the UK essential. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly. Some IT knowledge would be beneficial.
