About the team
We're looking for Social Work England registered Social Workers to join us. We have opportunities within our adult disability, older people and hospital teams across Hertfordshire.
Teams:
Adult Disability Team
* West - Dacorum & Watford & Three Rivers
Hospital Teams:
* Barnet & Chase Farm Hospital
* Watford General Hospital
* Post Hospital Review Teams, North & West Hertfordshire
* Herts Valleys Community Hospital Team - 24 hours per week
Essential Qualifications:
* Social Work degree
* Registration with Social Work England
* Driving licence
This job role is within the Health & Social Care, level 10 & 11 job profile.
