The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Moderation to build and lead a world‑class moderation and trust & safety function. This isn’t a reactive content review job—it’s a strategic leadership role to design scalable systems that protect our platform and empower creator freedom. You'll lead the design and execution of our moderation strategy, build a global team, and work cross‑functionally to ensure Fanvue grows with integrity.
What You’ll Do:
 * Define and evolve our moderation and trust & safety vision and roadmap.
 * Build and lead a high-performance, distributed moderation team, owning hiring, training, and quality assurance.
 * Own and evolve moderation policies and community guidelines, and lead high-risk content escalations.
 * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define and evolve safety tooling, including AI moderation.
 * Define and report on moderation KPIs, delivering exec-level insights on platform health and safety risks.
Who You Are:
 * Experienced in trust & safety, content moderation, or related roles at a user‑generated content (UGC) or creator platform.
 * Experienced leading high‑performing teams, ideally in a fast‑growing company.
 * Proficient in using AI tools to drive efficiency, automate workflows, and improve moderation systems.
 * Experienced working on high‑risk platforms or with sensitive content.
 * Deeply understand online safety, digital harm, and moderation best practices.
