Denchi Group, a leading supplier of high‑reliability battery systems, is looking to strengthen its team through the appointment of a Graduate Electronics Engineer.
Over a three‑year period, you will work on real‑world, high‑performance electronic and battery‑powered systems, with opportunities to build your skills across a range of departments. You will be supported by experienced engineers and will contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of innovative electronic solutions.
Key functions
* Assist in the design and development of electronic circuits and systems (analogue, digital, and power electronics)
* Support battery management system (BMS) development and testing
* Contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout activities
* Participate in prototype assembly, testing, and debugging
* Conduct basic simulations and analysis under supervision
* Assist in the preparation of technical documentation (reports, test procedures, design records)
* Support verification and validation testing of products
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers
* Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement activities
Essential Skills & Experience
* Degree (BEng/MEng) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
* Fundamental understanding of electronic principles (analogue and digital circuits)
* Basic knowledge of PCB design and electronic CAD tools
* Familiarity with standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
* Understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers (academic or project‑based)
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Willingness to learn and develop in a professional engineering environment
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Academic or project experience in battery systems or power electronics
* Exposure to PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCad, OrCAD)
* Basic programming experience (C/C++ or Python)
* Knowledge of electronic testing and debugging techniques
* Understanding of industry standards and engineering best practices

Employment will be full‑time, Monday to Friday 8:00‑17:00, with Friday 8:00‑12:30.
