Established in 2022, Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) Special Projects is the advanced engineering division of the Aston Martin Racing Performance Group.
AMPT Special Projects is focused on applying our F1-derived high-performance engineering, innovation, technical expertise and breakthrough technologies, to deliver high-performance engineering projects outside of Formula One.

Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) special projects is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact performance projects that contribute to world-class engineering and innovation.
You will:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and with complete, fit-for-purpose documentation.
* Lead projects when appropriate, supporting your professional development and growth within AMPT.
* Contribute to the development of pioneering engineering technologies that serve both internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the coordination and delivery of AMPT-related projects.
* Maintaining, organising, and ensuring easy access to all project documentation.
* Providing operational and administrative support to ensure project momentum.
* Cascading project updates and information to all relevant teams and stakeholders.
* Proactively managing risks, issues, and opportunities throughout project lifecycles.
* Helping to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, stakeholder expectations, and timelines.
* Carrying out any additional duties reasonably aligned with the role.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
* Awareness of core project management principles.
* A proactive, dynamic, and approachable individual with strong relationship-building skills.
* Sound knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) structure.
* Calm and confident under pressure, with excellent verbal and written communication.
* Committed, reliable, and results-oriented with sound problem solving & decision-making skills.
This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
