QUALITY ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES
8. Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to meet deadlines
9. Adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow decisions made during Management Reviews
10. Support the execution of the combined Internal Audit Schedule
11. Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standard.
12. Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
13. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
14. Document, track, and report on quality-related actions and their outcomes
15. Coordinate and manage corrective actions to address quality issues effectively
16. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in quality processes and systems
17. Ensure all company products and services meet or exceed quality standards
18. Respond promptly to corrective and preventive action requirements to resolve issues efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
19. Proven experience in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or similar, with a solid understanding of chemical processes
20. In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices
21. Hands-on experience with product testing and quality control systems
22. Strong verbal and written communication skills
23. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in techniques such as 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, and CAPA
24. A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work with team members to enhance processes and improve product quality
25. Exceptional attention to detail, including maintaining high standards of housekeeping
26. Proficient in documentation practices and requirements
27. Sound knowledge of sampling methods and product testing
28. Familiarity with management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
29. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work well in team environments
30. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric evaluation
31. Capable of investigating, researching, and managing information efficiently
