This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of delivery, act as the reactive repairs lead, and drive operational performance across multiple contracts. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Manager Background delivering social housing planned works (ESSENTIAL) Experience managing projects in the £3m£5m range Strong commercial and financial awareness Experience leading direct and subcontract labour Strong knowledge of compliance, H&S and operational delivery A self-starter motivated, accountable and able to manage yourself A doer hands-on, not just strategic Ambitious, driven and hungry to succeed, but open to working within an established culture.
