Senior Structural Revit Technician – Near Swanley, Kent, DA4 – £40k-£50k
Structural practice based near Swanley in Kent are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Structural Revit Technician to join the team. The role would suit a candidate with several years of experience in the building structures arena.
Responsibilities
* Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models and drawings
* Collaborate closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
* Generate detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models
* Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet internal and industry standards
* Contribute to Revit families, templates, and uphold BIM protocols
* Play an active role in refining BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the team
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a structural Revit technician role
* Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong knowledge of structural detailing and coordination
* Familiarity with UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
