Independent Building Controls Company. We design and install integrated building control systems for controlling HVAC systems, lighting, door access and CCTV. We offer energy management services and provide a full after sales support service.
Due to growth, we are currently looking to employ a service Engineer based in the NW but prepared to work throughout the UK.
Applicants must possess the following skills:
* Be able to work unsupervised and prioritise their workload
* Be IT literate
* Good understanding and knowledge of control systems.
* Possess a good electrical background
* Have Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
* Ability to Liaise with customers and communicate well at all levels (including dealing with clients etc.)
* A full driving licence is required
* Ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record in 2 of the following systems - TREND, TAC, ANDOVER/CONTINUUM, SCHNEIDER EBO, PRIVA, CYLON

Duties to include:
* Scheduled PPM BMS servicing visits
* Compile detailed reports highlighting any remedial items or recommendations
* Remedial works (Controller upgrades, panel modifications, software modifications etc)
* Small Project Works (New panel installation and Commissioning)
