About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and competent Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who takes pride in maintaining an efficient, organised, and professional working environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse and workshop areas. You will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining organisation and cleanliness, coordinating collections and deliveries, and ensuring all parts are accurately recorded and located within our system.
Working in a busy online automotive parts business, attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensure orders are processed correctly and dispatched promptly to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations within an automotive parts environment
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
* Add new products into the system with full and detailed descriptions
* Label, organise, and correctly locate all products within the warehouse
* Ensure all parts are easily identifiable and accessible
* Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised workshop and warehouse area
* Coordinate and carry out collection and delivery of automotive parts when required
* Receive incoming deliveries and verify parts against orders
* Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
* Ensure all goods are stored safely and in the correct locations
* Process and book all sales orders accurately into the system
* Carefully pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch, ensuring they are protected and securely packaged
* Ensure all dispatched orders are labelled correctly and ready for courier collection
* Work closely with management to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience working in a warehouse environment (automotive parts experience preferred)
* Strong organisational and inventory management skills
* High level of reliability, motivation, and professionalism
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Competent with basic computer systems and stock management software
* Full driving licence preferred for collections and deliveries
