Assistant Hospitality Manager – GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED
Our client operates the city\'s waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool – as well as Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. They host a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions to business gatherings and exhibitions, and offer a world-class provider of venue and event services.
They are currently looking for an Assistant Hospitality Manager to join their team on a fixed-term basis (November 2025 – November 2026).
About the role
The role will include leading hospitality operations delivery in premium hospitality spaces, leading the hospitality host team for conferences and exhibitions, and managing customer feedback and complaint handling across the campus. This role aims to ensure the visitor experience is delivered to a 5* standard across the campus.
Key requirements:
* Demonstrable experience within the events sector or a customer service–focused role.
* Experience managing a team and developing standard operational processes in a front-of-house role.
* Ability to maximise opportunities to enhance the premium hospitality experience and implement mitigation measures for recurring service failures.
* Experience in achieving demanding targets with excellent prioritising and stakeholder communication skills (internal and external).
