Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE +Commission
Location: Hybrid – Central London

As they continue to expand their high growth Travel portfolio, they are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving revenue and expanding market reach, and shaping the future of this exciting division.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving commercial growth and expanding the client portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
* Selling exhibition space and securing sponsorship agreements across a portfolio of international events
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships
* Creating bespoke partnership solutions aligned to client goals and brand objectives
* Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and key industry figures
* Taking a consultative, solutions-led approach to sales
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and partnerships
* Representing the business at both UK and international events
About You
You’re a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals in a consultative B2B environment.
* Ideally 2+ years’ experience in sponsorship, exhibition, or event sales (B2B media sales or recruitment backgrounds also considered)
* Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth
* Strong understanding of solution-based selling techniques
* Experience within events, exhibitions, or related industries is advantageous
* Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
