* Conduct regular team briefings to communicate objectives, updates, and motivational strategies.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise effectively.
* Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are organised and appealing.

* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
