Overview
We are currently looking for Exam Invigilators to join us for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Responsibilities
* Works under the supervision and instruction of the Examinations Officer and/ or Lead Invigilator.
* Explains testing guidelines and examination process to students.
* Invigilates the exams.
* Ensures equipment and exam materials are properly set up.
* Deals with requests from students during the examination (e.g., additional paper).
* Resolves issues with support from IT department or Exam Officer.
* Provides individual support to students who require special access arrangements (invigilator to act as a reader/ scribe to student).
