We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join our clients team based in the Blackpool area!
Our client is a large, well established electrical contracting company looking to expand it's estimations team.
We are pleased to be able to offer this position on a full time, permanent basis. If successful, you will be employed directly by our client on a permanent contract.
What you'll be doing:
Our client predominately specializes within the retail sector, working with a number of large, well known brands to deliver electrical installations to new and refurbishment retail projects.
You'll effectively cover all things pricing when it comes to securing new projects with new and existing retail clients. This could be anything from small scale store refurbishments to large scale nationwide new shop/store rolls outs.
Alongside this you'll be:
1. Liaising with subcontractors and equipment / material / parts suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
2. Assist with the creation of tenders and bids for works.
3. Work alongside design and project managers to ensure each and every contract runs as smoothly as possible and within budget.
4. Understand and interpret electrical drawings / specifications requirements to accurately quote on what is required.
