Job Description

Lead With Vision. Deliver With Precision

At Higher Ed Partners (HEP UK), we partner with universities to expand access to world-class, flexible education. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an outstanding Head of Enrolments to lead our dynamic sales and enrolment function—driving performance, inspiring teams, and ensuring every prospective learner receives an exceptional, supportive and efficient experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our student journey. We are looking for a strategic, energetic, data-led and people-focused leader who knows how to build capability, optimise performance, and deliver results through operational excellence and inspirational leadership.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and love turning challenges into results—this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

This is an office based role with frequent travel between our Brighton and St Albans offices.

The Opportunity

As Head of Enrolments, you will lead our high-performing Contact Centre enrolment teams, ensuring we deliver against targets, continuously improve our sales funnel, and provide an exceptional prospect experience from first contact to handover.

You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for coaching and development, and the ability to create a culture where high performance, support, and accountability exist side by side.

This role is central to our success—and the impact you make will be visible, measurable, and valued.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

Leadership & Culture

* Build and inspire a high-performing, customer-centred sales culture.
* Coach, develop and empower Enrolment Managers and Specialists to achieve excellence.
* Drive accountability through clear expectations, performance management and robust KPIs.

Performance & Commercial Delivery

* Own conversion performance across the entire enrolment funnel.
* Use real-time data and insights to make informed decisions and implement targeted interventions.
* Lead forecasting, report against KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities across partners and intakes.
* Support P&L delivery through efficient workforce utilisation and output optimisation.

Operational Excellence

* Oversee productivity, lead allocation, adherence, pacing and dialler optimisation.
* Ensure a compliant, consistent and high-quality sales process across all touchpoints.
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement across processes, behaviours and technology.

Collaboration & Partnership

* Work closely with Marketing, Partner Support, Technology, Operations and Retention to deliver a seamless student journey.
* Partner with the Head of Retention to strengthen handover standards and reduce funnel drop-off.
* Represent the Contact Centre across cross-functional initiatives and strategic conversations.

What You Bring

Essential

* Strong background in sales-focused Contact Centre leadership.
* Experience managing managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, dialler systems, and performance analytics.
* Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
* High levels of energy, resilience, commercial awareness, and a passion for developing people.

Desirable

* Experience working across multiple locations.
* Qualification in business or management (or willingness to work towards one).
* Experience within Higher Education, EdTech, or Online Programme Management.
