What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and architecting new technologies that directly support competitive performance
* Driving innovation that challenges conventional thinking and elevates IT capability
* Creating and owning visionary multi‑year roadmaps for IT infrastructure and platforms
* Acting as a senior technical escalation point across a wide range of complex IT issues
* Leading the technical delivery of large, fast‑moving, and high‑impact projects
* Managing senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business
* Delivering exceptional service and stability in a high‑pressure operational environment
* Working across recognised methodologies such as ITIL and Agile
* Designing, implementing, and managing enterprise WAN, LAN, and communications environments
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers through guidance, training, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive senior‑level experience in technical architecture or infrastructure leadership
* Broad, vendor‑agnostic technical expertise across networking and infrastructure, including:
* NetApp
* Checkpoint
* VMware
* Proven ability to operate at both strategic and deeply technical levels
* Strong experience delivering within medium to large enterprise environments
* Confidence leading complex workloads with internal teams and third‑party partners
Motorsport Experience (Essential)
* Prior experience within Formula 1, Formula E, or GT environments
* Comfortable operating in performance‑driven, time‑critical settings
