Key Responsibilities
* Manage and inspire the housekeeping team, driving performance through hands‑on leadership.
* Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training and performance management of the housekeeping team.
* Take accountability for managing laundry and labour controls.
* Ensure brand standards are adhered to by paying close attention to detail.
* Apply knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH, and manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% compliance throughout the hotel.
* Communicate effectively, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and remain calm under pressure.
* Be agile in thinking and manage time efficiently to meet business needs.
* Champion change and implement it with the team.
