An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a friendly, supportive in-house Occupational Health team in Sheffield.
This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with a Senior Occupational Health Advisor and collaborate with a wider multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality, proactive Occupational Health and Wellbeing service.
Youll play a key role in shaping and driving the service forward, contributing ideas and supporting a positive health culture across the organisation.
The Role
You will deliver a full Occupational Health remit, including:
* Sickness absence management
* Management referrals
* Health surveillance
* Health promotion initiatives
* Pre-employment screening
About You
* Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Advisor
* Confident managing a varied caseload independently
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Passionate about workplace wellbeing
