Job Purpose: As a Senior Fire Engineer specialising in Building Safety Case reports, you will be responsible for leading the preparation, review, and ongoing management of Building Safety Case Reports for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). The role provides technical leadership in fire and structural safety, supporting Accountable Persons and Principal Accountable Persons in demonstrating compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated secondary legislation. The post holder will act as a subject matter expert, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, developing safety arguments, and ensuring that building safety risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and clearly documented to meet the expectations of the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). As part of the role and being a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide technical leadership in the delivery of fire engineering and fire safety services across a range of building types and project stages.
