Occupational Therapist - School Role - Hounslow We are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated therapy team in a specialist school in Hounslow. This is a term-time role focused on delivering EHCP-aligned support to pupils with a range of needs. Key Details: Location: Hounslow Contract: Term-time 2 weeks (41 weeks) Hours: 36 hours/week Salary: Hounslow Pay Scale P03 (Point 33) to P05 (Point 39) Role Responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist : Deliver 1:1 and group therapy as outlined in pupils' EHCPs Create therapy programmes and contribute to annual review reports Train and advise school staff to embed OT strategies in daily learning Support families with home-based interventions and workshops Liaise with other therapists and teaching staff to coordinate care Keep therapy resources organised and manage equipment orders Provide training for school staff and workshops for parents Maintain accurate records and follow HCPC/RCOT standards Requirements: HCPC and RCOT registration (essential) Experience supporting children in educational or clinical settings Confident managing a caseload and working independently Strong communication and reporting skills This is a structured, team-based role in a supportive school setting. You'll receive clinical supervision and ongoing CPD to support your professional development to support your role as an Occupational Therapist.
