Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to both Logistics Co-Ordinator and Office Manager.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
* Assist with the dispatch and shipping of goods, coordinating courier services
* Handle data entry tasks accurately and promptly, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, as needed.
* Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
* Assist with Customer queries.
* Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Skills:
* Previous office experience is preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills that enable effective prioritisation of workload in a busy environment.
