Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit an individual to be accountable for booking customers into the aftersales workshop diary. The role involves keeping on top of claims and order parts where necessary. The Aftersales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our aftersales department.
Key tasks involve. Liaising with customers via email and telephone, ensuring that all customer issues are understood and resolved as quickly & efficiently as possible. Submitting warranty claims and ordering parts in a timely manner. Checking in customers and ensuring that they are in for the same work as the corresponding job card. Keeping customers updated should their vehicle be in the workshop longer than a few days. Answering incoming calls in a timely manner. Greeting customers upon arrival. Assisting with covering roles when other departmental staff are on annual leave.
Previous experience of working in an aftersales environment is preferred. In addition, good organisational and communication skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
