This position is responsible for owning and evolving the Regulated Entity Risk Management Framework and leading enterprise-wide risk policy governance across our UK regulated entities.This is a high-profile role with regular engagement with senior executives and governance committees, providing independent assurance, challenge and insight on the effectiveness of risk management frameworks and policies.Act as a trusted advisor to executives and Boards on enterprise risk governance matters.**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:**Experience in enterprise or second-line risk roles within financial services or insurance.Strong experience designing, owning or overseeing ERM frameworks and risk policy governance.Proven ability to engage confidently with senior executives, Boards and governance committees.Excellent communication skills, strong judgement and the confidence to provide independent challenge.Professional risk qualifications (e.g. FRM, PRM) are desirable but not essential.**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
