Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters related to technology.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate intellectual property agreements and related documents.
3. Advise clients on intellectual property protection strategies and compliance.
4. Conduct intellectual property due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
5. Assist in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client objectives.
7. Stay updated on legal developments in intellectual property law and technology.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships within the professional services industry.
