You’ll split your time between being present in rooms and overseeing standards across the setting, working closely with the Nursery Manager to keep quality high and the team focused. The role carries real responsibility, with space to shape practice and support an experienced group of practitioners. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) is required. You must have proven leadership experience within a nursery setting. This position is not suitable for practitioners without senior-level responsibility.
