Location: Livingston, Scotland (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home) Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 p/a comms We are working with a client, a leader in their sector, that is looking for a motivated Telesales Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is focused on achieving results. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a strong sales pipeline, and contributing to the team’s overall success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and convert sales opportunities through a combination of inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, identifying key decision makers Present product solutions that meet customer needs and close sales Manage the full sales cycle to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction Plan and implement retention and upselling campaigns to maximise client value Handle client renewal proposals and manage customer contracts through to completion Respond professionally to customer service and sales support requests Report regularly to management on sales performance and KPIs Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Support wider team initiatives and contribute to overall business development goals Meet and exceed individual sales targets Skills and Experience: Proven experience in B2B tele-sales, including both inbound and outbound calling A strong track record of working to and exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented approach Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems If you are ambitious, results-driven, and looking for a new challenge in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
