We are seeking a commercially driven and creatively ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to lead our B2C and B2B2C marketing strategy from our Cardiff headquarters. This role requires a strong creative leader who can shape compelling brand storytelling, content, and campaigns - while maintaining clear commercial accountability. You will balance creative ambition with measurable outcomes, ensuring all marketing activity drives brand equity, retail sell-through, and revenue growth.
