Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls
Logging maintenance requests using a job logging system
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Use Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for reporting and documentationEssential Skills:

Punctuality and reliability
Being a proactive and supportive team player
IT literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
