The Repair Technician will be responsible for carrying out and maintaining a consistent throughput of technical repairs on lighting and associated equipment
Duties and Responsibilities for the Repair Technician:
1. To fault find issues on a range of electrical and electronic equipment including some three phase appliances.
2. Undertaking electrical/electronic, mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment in a safe and professional manner.
3. Preparing equipment to be sent to external suppliers for repair
4. Broad testing of completed repairs (including PAT) before managing the return to stock.
5. Work with the inventory team to ensure stock repair supplies are maintained at appropriate levels.
6. process and help support repairs administrator with costs of repairs when required.
