SEN Tutor - Start: January Type: In-person, ongoing role We're currently recruiting for an SEN Tutor to support students in Sefton from January. This is an in-person role working with young people who require tailored, one-to-one support outside the mainstream classroom. You'll be helping learners build confidence, make academic progress and develop key life skills. What you'll be doing: Delivering 1:1 tuition to students with a range of additional needs Planning and adapting sessions to suit individual learning levels Supporting with English, Maths or functional skills Providing consistent encouragement to help students re-engage with education Working closely with parents, carers and school staff What we're looking for: Experience supporting SEN learners (schools, tutoring or youth support settings) Ability to build positive relationships and motivate disengaged students Strong behaviour management and a calm, supportive approach Reliable, organised and confident planning your own sessions Why work with us: Competitive hourly rate Ongoing support from the team Opportunity to make a real difference with young people in your local area If you're interested in being put forward, please get in touch - I'd love to chat.
