Now, with the exciting Family First changes ahead, we’re looking for 3 new Family Group Conference Convenors to join our buzzing team. What you’ll do: Bring families, friends, and professionals together to find creative solutions that keep children safe and supported. Champion family voices and strengths, making sure every meeting is meaningful and inclusive. Facilitate Family Group Decision Making – putting the family at the heart of creating safe, sustainable plans. Work as part of a supportive, experienced team who are always up for fresh ideas (and good coffee!). ✨ What you’ll bring: Empathy, warmth, and strong communication skills.
