Part Time Day Care Assistant Location: Ashton Manor Care Home, Lancaster, Lancashire Salary: £12.60 per hour and overtime paid at £14.10 per hour Hours: Part-time, 8am-2pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday About the Role: Evermore Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join the team at Ashton Manor, our state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster, on a permanent part-time basis - working 8am until 2pm. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens. Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality. Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Experience Required: Previous experience (either personal or work-based) within adult social care Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
