Handyperson / Maintenance Technician
Location: Bristol - Coverage – Bristol, Swindon, South West (down to Hayle), South Wales.
Salary: £29,000 (starting salary) - £30,000 (following successful six-month probation)
This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a dependable Handyperson to join their expanding team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical work and wish to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.
The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing washroom systems across commercial sites. Comprehensive training, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
Electrical, plumbing or drainage experience is advantageousl, as the company specialises in installing, maintaining, and carrying out reactive work in washrooms across a variety of corporate sites, as well as fitting air fresheners and hand dryers.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair washroom systems
Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasks
Fit hand dryers and air fresheners (electrical work)
Travel to client sites as required
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required following successful completion of the six-month probation period
Practical or maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing or drainage systems is beneficial
Reliable with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
