* Support senior Business Development Managers to deliver regional growth objectives.
* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity.
* Maintain strong product and criteria knowledge to effectively position lending solutions to intermediaries.

* Experience working in a sales, account management, or broker‑facing role within financial services.
* Exposure to lending, property finance, or working with financial intermediaries.
