We’re hiring at Merit Mortgages - Independent Mortgage Broker for another Part-Time Client Account Manager / Financial Administrator and looking for a reliable, organised and personable person to support our team and clients.
Remote role (must live near Basingstoke for training and occasional meetings).
* 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
* 4 hours per day, flexible within office hours
* £13,500 per year starting salary
* All equipment provided
* Potential to increase hours, pay and responsibilities over time
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing client administration and records
* Chasing information from lenders, solicitors and clients
* Supporting mortgage applications
* Managing enquiries, updates and diary bookings
* Answering and making calls to clients and professional contacts
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is self‑motivated with excellent personal organisation
* Is reliable, detail‑focused and able to work independently
* Has strong communication and telephone skills
