We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients. The Role: Complex Case Management. Sickness Absence Management. Pre-Employment Screening/Questionnaires. COVID-19 Risk Assessment Follow Ups. Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions) Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) Able to work as an independent & autonomous Home Based Occupational Health Advisor.
