Job Description:
PE Global is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator for a leading multi-national confectionery, food, beverage, and snack food company client based in Birmingham.
This is a contract role until the end of Nov 2025, paying £14.00 ph PAYE. 100% on site position in Bournville, Birmingham.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
* When you receive a request, you will review and coordinate activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered.
* You will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that the company complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements.
* External offer paperwork preparation and onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starters.
* Providing compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork.
Education/Experience
* Experience in administrative/coordination within HR or a customer service environment.
* Experience of process management.
* Experience of working in a virtual environment.
* Process improvement skills.
* Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong prioritization skills.
