Estimator Toomebridge (Travel to Edinburgh/London 1-2 days a week) We are currently seeking an Estimator to join a growing team in Toomebridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hotel fit-out experience and experience of working closely with contractors and suppliers. What youll be doing: Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for hotel fit-out projects Analysing project specifications, drawings and documentation Collaborating with suppliers and main contractors for prices and project information Assisting with tender submissions and putting together competitive bids What were looking for: Proven experience in estimating, ideally within the hotel fit-out sector Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and supply chain pricing Ability to work collaboratively with main contractors and subcontractors A motivated and proactive approach to delivering accurate estimates on time For more information or to apply- hit the button below and we will be in touch.
