Pay and Incentives
Basic Salary £37,700 + Quarterly Bonus. Quarterly Bonus £4,000 per annum, focusing on safety and utilisation. Loyalty Bonus – £1,000 after 6 months. Optional opportunities to work away on specialised contracts – Engage pays on average 3 times more than industry average for away payments. The opportunity to earn >£50,000 OTE is available but optional.
Key Responsibilities
* Working on residential and commercial warrants.
* Detecting and preventing cases of theft on metering equipment.
* Ongoing maintenance and emergency work on meter assets.
* Fault finding on non‑communicating sites.
Required Qualifications
* Dual Fuel Smart Metering experience.
* CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 qualifications or equivalent – currently in date.
* MOCOPA authorisation and/or Level 2 Diploma in Smart Metering.
