Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our annual capital spend programme, ensuring all projects align with our goals of productivity, quality, health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
What you’ll do:
* Develop initial project ideas and measure proposals against the capex process.
* Authorize, shortlist, and prioritize capital requests based on their alignment with Etex goals.
* Develop engineering solutions and request spend authorization.
* Track project progress against milestones and support the maintenance team in project delivery.
* Prepare and execute capital projects and report on capital spend.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, promoting a safe workplace environment.
* Adhere to the Quality Policy and meet all quality standards and regulations.
* Participate actively in continuous improvement activities.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in project development and delivery, ideally within industrial settings.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on results and health & safety.
* Ability to engage and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring project solutions are appropriate and compatible with current operations.
* Skill in tracking project progress, including risk identification and mitigation.
