Main Job Purpose To assist with the management of the Compliance function at LLS UK in order to ensure that the business retains all existing compliance certifications, acquires new certifications as and when required, and meets the Privacy and Information Security requirements of the Teleperformance Group. To assist with the implementation of strategies and programmes to ensure the legal and ethical integrity of LLS UK. Specific Tasks Providing administrative support assisting in information security and compliance management by contributing to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation by liaising and collaborating with other departments Responsible for assisting in the management and undertaking of all compliance activities and projects which include processing documentation and supporting GDPR and compliance related enquiries Assist with the management of compliance in line with industry recognised frameworks, legislation and methodologies Assist the Head of Compliance to implement appropriate training and awareness to all staff, including coaching employees and management in all aspects. Perform audits based on regulatory and internal requirements Provide recommendations on identified process gaps and serve corrective and preventive actions Conduct investigations to discover the root cause of compliance issues when they arise (this might be Data Breach, Incident Security Breach, NCs from internal or external audits) Assist with the provision of direct support and guidance to the TP compliance team and internal and external business partners during the creation of Compliance Strategy, project execution and implementation initiatives Work with the Head of Compliance to ensure that personal information is used fairly and lawfully within GDPR guidelines, report any personal data security incidents immediately and abide by the Information Security Policy detailed in the Staff Handbook Support the Country Privacy Lead for LLS UK within the TP Group. Shared responsibility for the overall administration and execution of the Global Compliance and Privacy Program for the company, reporting to the Local Leadership team and the Regional Privacy Officer in the absence of the Head of Compliance. Any other duties appropriate to the position Person Specification The following range of experience, knowledge and skills are required: Essential: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position, particularly audit experience with ISO standards Good knowledge of ISO regulations, particularly ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO 14001 Good knowledge of GDPR and related privacy regulations Experience of performing data protection risk assessments Experience of articulating issues relating to ISO compliance at Board level, to Privacy Committee and to clients. Evidence of identifying growth opportunities and implementing change to capitalise on these Skills/Attributes Ability to work across all levels of the organisation to understand cross-functional linkages and interdependencies, as well as the implications of Compliance risk at both a strategic level and at operational level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the confidence to deal with senior and executive level staff to both influence and challenge their operating environment. Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams. Attentive and have good listening skills to ensure good understanding and the provision of appropriate advice and guidance. Ability to manage complexity Strong organisational skills Strong knowledge in information and communications technology and willingness to learn Excellent Business English, both verbal and written Team player who works well within a collaborative environment and has the ability to work independently also.
