SWGfL has been at the forefront of online safety and digital wellbeing for over 25 years. Across the UK and internationally, SWGfL's initiatives work to protect young people and adults from online harm. One such initiative is, which is used by adults around the world to prevent the non-consensual sharing of intimate images online. is a ground-breaking solution, and to support the continued development of this initiative, we are now seeking a StopNCII Partnership Assistant.
In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Assistant StopNCII Partnership Manager, supporting partner coordination, onboarding processes, CRM management, and partnership communications to ensure smooth and positive experiences for all organisations engaging with
Role Responsibilities
Support the Assistant StopNCII Partnership Manager with day‑to‑day activities that enable effective partnership delivery.
Assist with researching and identifying potential new StopNCII partners based on strategic needs and organisational priorities.
Coordinate and contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes for partners, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Help nurture and strengthen relationships with existing partners, maintaining regular communication and supporting opportunities for collaboration.
Support introductory and ongoing partner meetings, including assisting with presentations, notetaking, follow-up actions, and relationship building.
Maintain and update CRM records relating to StopNCII partners, ensuring data cleansing accuracy, compliance, regular audits and effective workflow support for the partnerships team.
Help to assess, refine, and improve CRM processes and workflows to support partnership development and operational efficiency.
Work with the Communications and Marketing department to support visibility and engagement tasks that promote future StopNCII partnerships.
Identify networking and engagement opportunities which enable the Assistant StopNCII Partnership Manager and/or the StopNCII Partnership Manager & Business Operations Lead to represent and promote at relevant events and summits across the UK, strengthening visibility with potential industry partners and professional networks.
Contribute to project discussions relating to partner engagement and future partnership development.
As the prevalence of non-consensual intimate image abuse continues to grow, this role will help drive the StopNCII initiative forward, contributing to the protection of adults across the globe while supporting the ground-breaking work of the StopNCII Partnerships team at SWGfL.
