Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or above
* Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Awareness certificates
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and health & safety standards
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
* Valid Right to Work documents
