About The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to transform marketing and customer data into decision ready insights for Paysend’s Consumer business. You will work end-to-end, aligning marketing data and measurement with business goals, ensuring the right tracking is in place, and turning performance signals into actionable insights. You will translate findings into clear, practical recommendations that the marketing team and leaders can actually use. Day to day, you will partner with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Product teams to answer the “so what”: what’s driving performance, what’s holding us back, and what we should do next to hit company targets. Your work will help teams move faster, prioritise confidently, and make better decisions across the business.

You will bring a scientific mindset to marketing measurement, framing hypotheses, defining success criteria, and applying the right statistical methods to evaluate impact with confidence. You will support analysis across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation through engagement and retention, spanning paid, CRM, and organic channels. Along the way, you’ll uncover the drivers behind performance using tools like customer LTV, cohort analysis, and marketing attribution to guide where we invest and how we grow.

If you are curious, have a builder mindset, and enjoy solving ambiguous and complex problems, this role is for you! You will help coach teams on data best practices, raising the bar for how Paysend uses data to make decisions, to “Simplifying cross-border payments for everyone and building the largest instant digital payment network”. You’ll report to the Head of Data Analytics in the Analytics Platform team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

* Marketing Measurement: Own performance measurement for Consumer Marketing across paid, CRM, and organic channels, spanning acquisition, activation, and retention to drive our success metrics and business outcomes.
* Use Statistical Methods to Drive Decisions: Build and maintain customer LTV, payback, and customer cohort models, and translate outputs into actionable channel recommendations. Level up attribution and incrementality measurement, including: attribution standardisation, platform constraints (e.g., iOS privacy).
* CRM Insights: Partner with CRM teams to analyse campaign performance and journey health: segmentation, targeting, trigger logic, engagement/retention metrics tied to our business objectives.
* Paid Channel and Organic Insights: Drive paid and organic channel optimisation through actionable insights on what is driving acquisition efforts, where to direct focus, while maintaining clear visibility on cost vs conversion trade off and optimisation.
* Storytelling through Data: You will craft simple and easily digestible visuals and narratives that clearly outline insights, recommendations, outcomes, and trade-offs for marketing team and leaders to influence prioritisation efforts.
* Scientific approach to problem solving: You will support instilling a scientific mindset to analytics by framing problems with explicit hypotheses, success criteria, and a measurement plan, then choose execution strategy to deliver, providing trade-offs when needed. The output is not a report but a decision and action that propels Paysend forward, providing crisp conclusions and high-confidence recommendations stakeholders can implement.
* Insight automation to drive action: You will work with Data Engineering to automate and improve tracking, build data pipelines, and validate data quality to reduce ambiguity in metric definitions and contribute to Marketing Data Excellence.
* Self-serve enabler: You’ll build dashboards and programmatic views for core metrics and automate recurring readouts so teams have the right insights to act faster. Visuals will emphasise “actionability” getting the right metric to the right owner at the right time and you will drive adoption and usability.
* Raising data bar: You’ll champion a data excellence mindset across Paysend, ensuring other teams have the literacy, tools and support to make data driven decision s.
