Our client is well-established within the Manufacturing sector and is looking for a Service Co-ordinator and Spare Parts Administrator to help supports both the coordination of field service activities and the administration of spare parts.
As Service Co-ordinator and Spare Parts Administrator, you will be a vital link between customers, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and critical components are readily available to minimize downtime for our clients.

Job Description
Schedule and coordinate service engineer visits for installations and repairs
Manage the assessment/quotation/repair process to ensure that systems are dealt with in a timely manner
Monitoring and routing email queries to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner
Act as the central point of contact for service requests and customer queries
Maintain accurate service logs, customer histories, and job progress reports.
Track and maintain inventory of high-value and time-sensitive components.
Liaise with global suppliers and internal teams for procurement and logistics.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Background in Manufacturing
Prior experience in a technical support, service coordination, or spare parts/logistics role preferably in a manufacturing equipment industry.
Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems e.g., SAGE 200/CRM and MS Office.
Knowledge of warranty claims is a bonus
