THE ROLE
The Lead Engineer is responsible for the successful installation, configuration, and technical leadership of Syniti software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Syniti's data migration and data quality tools, as well as the ability to guide and mentor a technical team through complex data projects. The Technical Lead will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure that Syniti solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead the installation and configuration of Syniti software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with IT teams to prepare the environment for Syniti solution deployment, including hardware and software prerequisites.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, ensuring best practices in data migration and data quality are followed.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
* Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
* Assist in the development of project plans and schedules, ensuring technical tasks are accurately represented.
* Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Conduct technical workshops and presentations to demonstrate Syniti solution capabilities and project progress.
* Stay updated with the latest Syniti product releases and enhancements, incorporating new features into project solutions where applicable.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
WHAT IT TAKES
* 5+ Years of experience in IT Services Delivery, with strong emphasis on server configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
* Advanced experience with SQL Server, SAP HANA, and/or Postgres database management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing client relationships.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Extensive experience with Syniti software solutions, particularly in installation and configuration.
* Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and data quality principles.
* Certification in Syniti solutions or related technologies.
* This position may require travel to client sites for project implementation and support.
* The role may involve working outside of standard business hours to meet project deadlines or address critical issues.
