Locum Deputy Team Manager (Social Work) – Access and Review Team in Milton Keynes UK, earning £40 hourly for a duration of three months with potential for a full-time schedule. This is a thrilling opportunity to join a dynamic team where your managerial and supervisory skills will truly shine. You’ll be supporting the Access (front door) and Older People Review Team, making a vital impact from day one. Please note, for the initial two weeks, candidates are expected to be office-based daily, with the flexibility to work up to two days from home thereafter, depending on the needs of the service.

What you will do:
* Provide leadership and management support to the Access and Older People Review Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations and work distribution within the team, ensuring all cases are managed effectively.
* Facilitate team meetings, offering guidance and support to inspire and motivate team members.
* Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless service delivery across all teams.
* Review and audit cases to maintain standards and improve service quality continually.
* Liaise with external agencies and service users to promote best practice and co-ordinate resources.
